For Euro Team PerformanceIt is a better idea to make an appointment. A good repair shop is busy all the time with appointments only available maybe as far as two weeks out. If they have promised shop time for others they may not be able to fit you in on short notice and your car will have to sit.
Bringing your car in when they have time and space scheduled will make things better for you and them. Also if your repair is an emergency most shops will try to get you in and fixed, just give them a ring first.
